BILL TAYLOR

Motivation Mountain Co-Founder Bill Taylor served as the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA from 1994 to 2004.  He led those programs from their creation to a Women’s Cross Country National Championship in 2002.  His coaching, team building and leadership skills guided an under-supported program to unbelievable success.  From 2000 to 2004 in particular, the Northwest University Cross Country teams won one National Championship, while posting 4 top seven National Championship finishes.  His Cross Country teams also won two Regional Championships and four Conference Championships while earning three National Scholar-Athlete team awards to go along with five top 20 National finishes in Track & Field.  In all, he coached 2 individual national champions, 52 All-Americans, 31 Academic All-Americans, 53 Conference Champions and 201 National Qualifiers.  His coaching efforts were recognized with 17 different Coach of the Year awards, including the 2002 NAIA Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year honor.

Athletics excellence is a powerful metaphor for total performance and life success.  The same skills learned in athletics are transferable to any organization today.  With Bill’s passion and expertise, he is now taking his talents in team building, leadership and coaching to impact people and organizations with Motivation Mountain.
