TAYLOR

Tabetha Taylor, Founder
of Motivation Mountain, has an immense passion to help
organizations and individuals succeed. With an infectious
personality, a joy for what she is doing and over thirteen years
of leadership experience in learning and development, Tabetha is
now taking her skill and expertise worldwide to help all
organizations and individuals succeed like never before!
Tabetha’s vast
experience includes leading training teams for Starbucks Coffee
Company and Boeing Employees Credit Union. In addition to
training experience in the finance and foodservice industries,
she has also held key training positions in the publishing
world, the telecommunications industry and through Motivation
Mountain has worked with the high-tech industry as well.
Tabetha holds
credentials in Training and Development from the University of
Washington, Professional Coaching from the Academy for Coach
Training, and Return on Investment from the Jack Phillips ROI
Institute. Tabetha is also certified to train Situational
Leadership.
As an
accomplished speaker, Tabetha has spoken and presented at local events and
national conferences. Her speaking and facilitation style
engage the audience and inspire participants to reach further
and climb higher than ever before. An example is this comment
by a recent participant in one of Tabetha’s programs, “You can
see her passion and enthusiasm from a mile away!”

TAYLOR

Motivation
Mountain Co-Founder Bill Taylor served as the Head Cross Country
and Track & Field Coach at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA
from 1994 to 2004. He led those programs from their creation to
a Women’s Cross Country National Championship in 2002. His
coaching, team building and leadership skills guided an
under-supported program to unbelievable success. From 2000 to
2004 in particular, the Northwest University Cross Country teams
won one National Championship, while posting 4 top seven
National Championship finishes. His Cross Country teams also
won two Regional Championships and four Conference Championships
while earning three National Scholar-Athlete team awards to go
along with five top 20 National finishes in Track & Field. In
all, he coached 2 individual national champions, 52
All-Americans, 31 Academic All-Americans, 53 Conference
Champions and 201 National Qualifiers. His coaching efforts
were recognized with 17 different Coach of the Year awards,
including the 2002 NAIA Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year
honor.
Athletics
excellence is a powerful metaphor for total performance and life
success. The same skills learned in athletics are transferable
to any organization today. With Bill’s passion and expertise,
he is now taking his talents in team building, leadership and
coaching to impact people and organizations with Motivation
Mountain.
