Before satellite images, cellular phones and
fire fighting aircraft, the forest service would build lookouts
on the tops of mountains. They would station a ranger in those
mountain lookouts to watch the surrounding wilderness for forest
fires. The goal was to spot a fire early, while it was still
small, so it could be dealt with before it turned into a huge
blaze that would consume the entire forest. Motivation
Mountain’s FIREWATCH! teaches the skills and techniques
needed to quickly identify, control and put out the "fires" or
problems that inevitably arise in your organization, before
lasting damage can occur.
