I think my employees find it difficult to bring issues to me and sometimes avoid telling me about a issue or problem until it’s a crisis.

I am a new leader who would like to build my leadership skills and effectiveness.

I wish my employees would bring me more innovative ideas and solutions rather then just the problems.

When I delegate, I tend to hover over the work and sometimes take the project or task back at the last minute to ensure it is done correctly.

I have difficulty coming up with effective ways to write employee reviews. They all tend to sound the same and take way too long.

I wish I had a clear plan as to how my team and I contribute to the overall success of our organization.

I wish I had a development plan for my team so employees could grow in the organization.

I want to build credibility with my team and my leadership.

I want to increase my ability to positively impact my team

I want to be a leaders with poise and composure.

I want to motivate my employees to be the best they can be.

I want to set a positive direction and vision for my team.
