The Bureau of Land Management is responsible for dealing with the wild horses that roam freely in Colorado, Wyoming and Nevada. In order to capture these wild animals, they use what they call a "Judas Horse". The Judas Horse is introduced into the wild herd, then quietly takes over leadership of the group and leads the wild horses into captivity without a struggle. Motivation Mountain’s THE JUDAS HORSE program will show how just one individual in a group can make the team great or lead it to destruction. The course will provide skills for identifying and dealing with problem situations, capitalizing on team member strengths and for successfully integrating team members with strong personalities into a successful team.
